The Pea Picker (Sheet Music)

This “lost” piece by ragtime great Arthur Marshall was discovered by the late Trebor J. Tichenor on a reel-to-reel tape of a performance Marshall gave in Sedalia, Missouri, on November 24, 1959. After a couple years of playing “The Pea Picker,” I decided I should flesh-out the arrangement to make it more performance-worthy. Vincent M. Johnson edited my performance of the piece into the score offered here. He typeset it so it looks beautiful, readable, and appropriate for a piece of the ragtime era.
